Dr. Bruce Quinn, President and Representative Director Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica (Japan Co. Ltd.)
Bruce Quinn grew up in Ontario, Canada. In 1982 he received the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College. After 3 years of mixed veterinary practice, he joined the animal health industry. Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Canada Limited in 2003, he held a variety of positions in the animal health industry including Regulatory Affairs Manager, Technical Services Manager, Marketing Director, Business Unit Manager – Swine/Poultry and Companion Animal, and Global Marketing Director - Swine and Poultry. He received a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1996. He held various industry volunteer positions over the years and in 1999 received the Canadian Feed Industry Association Golden Award for dedicated industry leadership by significantly contributing to the advancement of poultry, livestock and food production in Canada. In 2005 he was appointed President and Representative Director of Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Japan Co. Ltd.
