Sea Starr Animal Health, Inc. is a privately held company in Rhode Island formed for the purpose of developing, producing and marketing animal health products. Our Sea Pet and the Sea Vet lines of nutritional supplements target joint health and skin & coat conditions. The main nutrients include the Omega-3 essential fatty acids from fish oils, cod liver oil, glucosamine, MSM, sea kelp, natural vitamin E, alfalfa and shark cartilage – singly or in combination forms as supplements, powders, liquids and capsules.

Mr. Starr’s background includes a Bachelor's Degree from Brown University in Geology with an emphasis on oceanic sedimentation. After working on the research ships at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, he earned a Master's Degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island with an emphasis on fisheries and ocean law.

Do to a life-long love for the oceans, Sea Starr believe that there are many substances and products in the oceans that can help human beings and their companions live healthier lives. However, they are very strong advocates for the sustainable and responsible harvests of these resources. There is a wealth of information yet to be learned from our interactions with the oceanic environment.
