Early Bird RegistrationParticipants who pre-register by September 1, 2009 will benefit by way of a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Conference registration desk. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

Registration must be completed online and fees may be paid by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Registration Fees
Rates are set in Canadian dollars, and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments are to be made and only accepted in Canadian funds.

Method of Payment
Registration must be completed online and fees may be paid by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Only those registrations that are accompanied by fully completed payment fields will be considered complete.
Receipt
An acknowledgement will be sent to those who have successfully submitted their payment and registration form.
Cancellation and Refunds
Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Conference Management Office prior to September 3, 2009. All refunds are subject to a $100 CAD administration fee.

The Registration/Information Desk will be located in the foyer of the Delta Prince Edward Hotel and will be open during the following hours:

Name Badges
All registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the speaker sessions, partnering and open house presentations, as well as all social activities.
